This parcel consist of two buildings, a commercial office building and a multifamily duplex. The office space is 1280 sq/f and is currently KTB Management's office location. One room has been remodeled and leased to MyTech Computer Solutions and we currently have plans to remodel Southwest corner of the building to add an additional office space to lease.
